Broken Bay Pearl & Oyster Farm
Join Us At the Table | October 17 & 18, 2026
Pearls & Plates returns to Broken Bay Pearl Farm in 2026 for a one-of-a-kind long table experience on the Hawkesbury River.
Featuring Bundjalung chef Mindy Woods, this immersive dining experience brings together food, culture and storytelling in one of New South Wales’ most beautiful waterways.
Arrive at Broken Bay Pearl Farm’s Shellar Door before travelling by boat along the river to a private historic homestead on the water’s edge, where the experience unfolds.
Hosted by the Brown family of Broken Bay Pearl Farm + Cygnet Bay Pearl Farm, in collaboration with the Liddon family of the Abrolhos Islands, guests will gain rare insight into Australia’s pearling heritage, including a live pearl harvest.
This is more than a long lunch. It’s an intimate experience shaped by place, where Hawkesbury produce, local growers and regional stories come together, shared at the table.
Two dates only. Limited seating.
