Join us at the table for the third installment of Pearls and Plates, a rare culinary adventure on the stunning lower Hawkesbury River.
This is more than a long table lunch. Hosted by two multi-generational pearling families, it’s your chance to meet the makers behind Australia’s three native saltwater pearl species, to share in their incredible stories and to experience the magic of a live pearl harvest, right beside the very waters where we farm our rare Akoya pearls.
