Pearls and Plates is a unique culinary event that blends gourmet dining with the rich heritage of Australian pearling, featuring local produce, and exquisite Australian grown pearls from beautiful locations.
Cygnet Bay Pearl Farm is located 200km north of Broome, and about a 2 and a half hour drive from Broome.
You can come visit us at Cygnet Bay Pearl Farm with a 2WD or 4WD. If you are staying with us, you will need a 4WD to access any Diver's Creek accommodation while our Pearler's Village accommodation can be accessed by 2WD or 4WD.
Broome Private Transit provide private transfers between Broome and Cygnet Bay. See availability and book here.

We have an onsite airstrip for private planes. Please contact reception for more information.
We don’t offer transfers to and from reception to your accommodation. It is about a 1km walk between reception and Diver’s Creek accommodation. If arriving by transfer or plane, we recommend staying in a Pearler’s Village Safari Tent.

We do offer transfers from Broome with our all inclusive 2 night packages. These planned packages include pick up and return transfer to your Broome hotel, as well as incredible marine and land-based tours, a 2 night stay in our Pearler’s Village Eco Tent’s, all meals and more!
This is available for in-house guests only. No outside boat launching or retrieval. Boats must be retrieved each night – there are no extended voyages from Cygnet Bay.
If you require boat launch or retrieval services, you will need to pre-book this as it is tidal and personnel dependent. The fee for launch or retrieval is $200 each way. We do not offer car or boat trailer storage so guests will need to park on their paid accommodation sites. Check-out policy is relevant to all guests and vehicles cannot be left on accommodation sites after checkout.
Yes. Cygnet Bay does ask that any incoming boats contact the marine crew ahead of time at marine@cygnetbaypearlfarm.com.au so they can instruct the best place to drop anchor and how to navigate through the pearl farm long lines.
Due to the remote location of Cygnet Bay, only mobile phones on the Telstra network will have signal. However, we do offer free WIFI for guests within our restaurant area.

You most definitely can fly to Cygnet Bay Pearl Farm via your own aircraft, and land at our airstrip. This does incur a $60 landing and $60 transfer fee each way from the airstrip to Reception, or from Reception to airstrip. Please click here for further information regarding aircrafts and our airstrip.
We do encourage those staying overnight with us and who are coming via personal aircraft to book our Pearler’s Village Safari Tents for best accessibility and to be near the hub of the farm. All amenities are walking distance at the Pearler’s Village – and this is best suited for those without cars. Please don’t hesitate to contact us for landing coordinates and further information.
